Gillian first found yoga after years of competitive sports and dance left her with knee injuries. The resulting change of pace provided much-needed clarity, allowing her to look within for contentment instead of without for validation. This path of presence and self-love led her to pursue her passion - creating a space welcoming all yogis to the practice, regardless of age, shape, or size. Through a combination of challenging and unique flows, her classes get you out of your head and into your body. The goal is to leave worries at the door and plant seeds of positive thought to carry throughout the day.

Chelsea is a firecracker yogi - magnetic, energetic, and devotional. A wanderlust of the world, the mat and her body are her only trusted homes, and she helps others find that sacred body and soul connection. Her classes provide a space to sweat, strengthen, detox, grow, and feel a sense of community and belonging. In 2012, she surrendered her life…to yoga. Yoga, became gravity. It rooted her, yet she grew wings, and began to lead flocks of others. Chelsea holds a degree in Psychology and Contemporary Dance as well as her MA in Dance Movement Therapy & Counseling. She began studying yoga to heal herself and understand both the science and philosophy behind the human trinity - body, mind, and soul. Chelsea’s power vinyasa classes are on fire with all elements of her movement journey. “My yoga practice changed the choreography of my belief systems, and the way I lived. Through yoga, I finally slow danced with myself and fell in love with my own body. Remember, you are not a body, you are SOMEbody"
