Spice up your practice by learning the keys to finding binds in postures like side angle, revolved side plank, prayer twist and more! In this workshop, we will focus on safely obtaining the shoulder & spinal mobility needed to binding a twist, using props when needed. We will explore a wide range of twist of binds from seated, standing, to balancing; such as revolved bound half moon pose (baddha parivrtta ardha chandrasana)
