Advanced Arm Balancing Workshop with Kate Monzo

Building from Kate's March arm balancing workshop, we will move from handstands and forearm balances to explore lesser-practiced but equally fun and challenging arm balances, including Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), Tittibhasana (Firefly Pose), Ganda Bherundasana (Chin Stand), Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon), Astavakrasana (8-Angle Pose), and Eka Pada Koundinyasana (You'll have to watch Kate for this one!)

We will begin warming up Vinyasa style to get the blood pumping, followed by detailed breakdowns of the arm balance poses. The sequencing is designed to challenge and inspire you. With a willingness to try something new, you will take you practice to the next level. (No need to have participated in Kate's March workshop, but an established yoga practice is recommended.)
