Jenny has always called herself an athlete at heart and a yogi by choice. After years of trail running and spending time outdoors being active, she found yoga not only as a way to compliment her training but also to balance our her hectic life. She received her RYT200 then RYT500 certifications and also has certifications and experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has taken continuing education in biomechanics, yoga anatomy, restorative yoga, energetic alignment, reiki and athletic training. Jenny is a full time yoga instructor and running coach who spends most of her time trying to find ways to bring those two worlds together.
