Over the course of this four week series, Anna will facilitate diving into and discussing "Real Happiness: The Power of Meditation: A 28 Day Program" by Sharon Salzberg. This book club offers us a chance to explore the many benefits, methods and finer details of meditation in a group setting.
The intent of this particular 4 weeks series is three fold.
Help the newcomer to meditation understand the practice, its many benefits and how to get started.
Offer those with an existing practice the tools to deepen their understanding and commitment.
Accountability and the opportunity to share the experience.
