We will move from classic handstands and forearm balances to explore lesser-practiced but equally fun and challenging arm balances like Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), Tittibhasana (Firefly Pose), Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon), Astavakrasana (8-Angle Pose), and Eka Pada Koundinyasana.
