Confused about safe core exercises or just know you need a bit more core strengthening in your routine? This 5-class Intermediate Pelvic Floor + Ab Recovery series builds off the Intro series, incorporating pelvic floor work and abdominal exercises that are both supportive and strengthening for your body. Too many classes today push hard and end up creating a weak pelvic floor and either creating diastasis recti or making a situation worse.
This class is perfect for anyone that has been through the Intro series OR who already has some amount of familiarity with pelvic floor and deep core muscles, and wants to continue to learn to strengthen the core in a manner that is safe and effective. By understanding your body and how it works, you will be able to incorporate this work into every aspect of your life.
Emilee has been in the wellness industry for over 20 yrs. She is a certified Pilates instructor with extensive training through the Center for Women's Fitness on the Pelvic Floor and Diastisis Recti. Emilee is also a certified nutrition consultant who works with many postpartum mamas in order to reestablish nutrient levels after the birth of their baby. She believes nutrient depletion contributes greatly to postpartum depression, anxiety, injuries and energy levels. Helping women regain their health, both physically and nutritionally, after birth is a passion for Emilee.
