“Soul Nourishment” is a magical 2-hr yoga event that provides Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Mettā Meditation to emphasize self-care and self-love for everyBODY, mind and soul.
(guided) Mettā Meditation to feel and send loving kindness to ourselves and the world.
Vinyasa to ignite our earthly body temple through breath and movement.
Yin Yoga to allow stillness to sink into our body, mind and soul.
Yoga Nidra – the yogic sleep to complete our magical soul gathering with a deep relaxation.
Besides the many positive effects those ancient yogic practices have on a physical level, they also have a deep healing effect on the energetic body, supporting the release of stress, anxiety and trauma. “METTA YOGA – soul nourishment” will facilitate you in clearing your energetic body, balancing your chakras, supporting an authentic connection to yourself and your surroundings whilst receiving tools to build strength, ﬂexibility, and conﬁdence both physically and mentally.
This is an inclusive and open-minded event that implements a healthy embodiment and playful movement. Open to all genders, shapes, ability levels and sizes.

Guest teacher Valérie, better known as Mettā Yoga Luxembourg, is trained in Vinyasa, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, with a deep love towards the slow introspective Yin Yoga practice. The diversity of each and everybody leads her to teach yoga with a functional approach, to suit the needs of every student. To cultivate Mettā (loving kindness) she implements storytelling into her yin and yoga nidra classes. Yoga is much more than just a physical practice, deep connection and healing can occur while on and off the mat.
