Could your teen or pre-teen benefit from exercise and mindfulness? In this transformative series geared toward teens and tweens ages 11+, we'll playfully practice challenging and relaxing yoga poses, learn meditation techniques to help manage stress, and discuss key issues teens care about today such as authenticity and confidence. The class will be filled with fun, meaning, humor and be a welcoming environment for teens to explore and express themselves. The teen/tween series will dive deeper into yoga postures, meditation techniques, and discussion, all in a fun and accessible way.
*Registration for full series is required, as the class will build from week to week. A missed class will not be refunded but can be credited towards a regular drop-in class at the studio.
