Are you new or new-ish to vinyasa yoga? Want to brush up on your basics and alignment before jumping into a fiery flow class? Our Vinyasa Basics class will help. Moving at a slow, steady pace, we will cover the foundational asanas (poses) that will support you in most vinyasa yoga classes. With a focus on proper alignment and body awareness, we will keep you safe while you grow your practice.
