Engage in yoga asana practice to integrate all that we have learned into our physical bodies
Whole Body Intelligence (TM) is an empowering method that incorporates Transformative Breath Exercises, Movement, Guided Imagery, Emotional Release and Conscious Communication Protocols.
The body holds physical and emotional stress and injury that may not be in our conscious awareness. By turning to the body as an additional resource in the therapeutic process, a client can work through many of these concerns and notice more energy, stress and pain relief and create more productivity in their life. Join Amanda as she provides powerful tools to aid with Stress Management, Emotional Traumas, Energy Levels, Grieving a Loss, Weight Issues, Addiction, Phobias, and Relationship Patterns.
Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. Blankets, bolsters, and yoga props will be provided.
