This workshop is a mini version of her popular 5-week pelvic floor and ab repair pilates series along with a taste of women’s specific nutrition and self-care. The exercises learned will give you a good foundation for incorporating the pelvic floor into your every day training and life. It is extremely important for us to educate ourselves on pelvic floor and abdominal safety with the increase of high intensity training, societal and environmental stress, and the lack of medical knowledge and resources surrounding these topics. We will address nutrition and how it fits into our overall wellness puzzle and you will learn about some specific changes you can make to improve your energy, mood and body composition.
