This dynamic, breath-driven flow invokes Agni, or fire, and a healthy sweat. Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement). Each teacher flavors class with his or her unique style and offerings!

Monique is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama instructor with a deep commitment to the teachings of Yoga. She offers a grounded practice that is both strong and challenging, emphasizing steadiness in the body and the quality of breath.

Her classes are intentional, fluid, and thoughtfully curated with music that supports the rhythm of the practice. They invite deep physical strength, mobility, and self-awareness, guiding students toward a deeper sense of embodiment and a more rooted connection within.
