Let’s welcome Christa Khatcherian to the Metta family as she takes over our early morning Vinyasa Flow 50—Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am in Corte Madera!
Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement), complete in 50 minutes! Modifications will be offered to support beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Starting May 27th, join Elizabeth for Postnatal Yoga on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm in San Rafael!
Each week, Eizabeth will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support your recovery and help you feel grounded in your body again. Expect poses that gently strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and practices that meet you where you are.
Starting May 28th, join Hillary for Flow & Restore on Wednesdays in San Rafael!
Ignite your Fire and then surrender into deep, nourishing poses. Dance between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses to build stamina and strength. End class with juicy yin or restorative poses to open and rebalance the body.

This dynamic, breath-driven flow invokes Agni, or fire, and a healthy sweat. Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced 75-minute Vinyasa practice. Each teacher flavors class with his or her unique style and offerings!
