Could your teen or pre-teen (geared for ages 10-14) benefit from exercise, flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness? Students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.
We are so excited to bring back Wee-Yogis Kids Yoga Series (geared towards littles not yet in preschool), running for 5 consecutive weeks - Mondays 9:30-10:15am! Wee Yogis’ Yoga & Music class introduces children from 6 months to age 5 to yoga and mindfulness through song, musical instruments, sensory props, interactive play.
This workshop is designed to bring mothers and mothers-to-be back to their innate wisdom and power. We will explore somatic practices including gentle movement, visualization, and small-group breakouts to help mothers rest, regulate, and connect.
Join us for a restorative and educational afternoon, where we dive deep into the realm of pre and postnatal wellness, the transition into motherhood and how to cultivate your perinatal care team. We will combine yoga, meditation and acupuncture, as well as an in depth panel discussion with perinatal clinicians across the fields of nutrition, acupuncture, physical therapy and maternal mental health.
