Are you new or new-ish to vinyasa yoga? Want to brush up on your basics and alignment before jumping into a fiery flow class? Our Vinyasa Basics class will help. Moving at a slow, steady pace, we will cover the foundational asanas (poses) that will support you in most vinyasa yoga classes. With a focus on proper alignment and body awareness, we'll keep you safe while you grow your practice.
You and your littles will be guided through a playful practice in which there will be countless opportunities to positively connect through playfully exploring yoga poses, games, creative movement, physical contact and more! Recommended for ages 2-6.

This class will teach the basics about learning how to activate and relax the Pelvic floor, check for a address Diastisis recti and learn how to do abdominal exercises that are both supportive and strengthening for your body. This class is perfect for anyone that has had children, experiences incontinence or painful intercourse, or feels they can't get the "mommy pouch" to go away. This will be a safe, intimate environment to ask questions and bond with women around this very important topic. By understanding your body and how it works, you will be able to incorporate this work into every aspect of your life.
