Are you new or new-ish to vinyasa yoga? Want to brush up on your basics and alignment before jumping into a fiery flow class? Our Vinyasa Basics class will help. Moving at a slow, steady pace, we will cover the foundational asanas (poses) that will support you in most vinyasa yoga classes. With a focus on proper alignment and body awareness, we'll keep you safe while you grow your practice.
You and your littles will be guided through a playful practice in which there will be countless opportunities to positively connect through playfully exploring yoga poses, games, creative movement, physical contact and more! Recommended for ages 2-6.
In this transformative series geared for ages ~8-14, we will meet once a month for 2 ½ hours to learn about the amazing benefits of yoga for body and mind, and discuss key issues young people care about:
June 30: Authenticity and Self-Confidence
July 21: Body Image, Nutrition and Exercise
August 11: Managing Emotions and Cultivating Happiness
We will listen to great music, play with rewarding yoga poses like handstand, and maintain a light hearted environment, infused with humor and love!

This workshop focuses on breaking down all the things we just don't always have time for in a 60-75 minute class. Proper chatarangas, jumping forward, backward and through, various inversions from several positions and more. We will start with a warm up flow and then we'll dive in. Bring your curiousity, courage and questions.
