    Vinyasa Basics

    Moving at a slow, steady pace, we will cover the foundational asanas (poses) that will support you in most Vinyasa yoga classes.
    With a focus on proper alignment and body awareness, we'll keep you safe while you grow your practice.

    Steady Vinyasa Flow

    This steady-paced Vinyasa flow, seamlessly blends breath with movement. Explore a harmonious mix of smoothly flowing and longer-held poses to enhance stamina and strength.
    Our instructors infuse each class with their distinctive style, and modifications will be offered to support beginners and advanced practitioners alike, ensuring a challenging yet accessible experience.

    Vinyasa Flow

    Move at a slightly faster pace than Steady Flows in this vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow. Sync breath and movement while flowing through both traditional and creative yoga poses. Our instructors infuse each class with their distinctive style, incorporating elements such as meditation, pranayama, chanting, mantra, or Kriyas. Modifications will be offered to support both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

    Fiery Vinyasa Flow

    This dynamic, breath-driven flow invokes Agni, or fire, and a healthy sweat. Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement). Each instructor flavors class with his or her unique style and offerings, which may include meditation, Pranayama, chanting, Mantra or Kriyas. While not tailored for beginners, all are welcome to join and explore the invigorating flow of Vinyasa.

    Fiery Vinyasa Flow Level 2/3

    Take your Fire to the next level in this dynamic, invigorating Vinyasa class. Invoking breath with movement, expect to visit your edge.
    Variations including binds, arm balances, backbends, and inversions  may be offered for students looking to challenge their practice. Not tailored for begginners, previous yoga experience is recommended!

    Flow + Restore

    Ignite your Fire and then surrender into deep, nourishing poses. Work and rest never felt better. An all-levels class offered with modifications for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

    Candlelight Yin + Restore

    Come surrender in a slow, deep, and meditative practice while being bathed in candlelight. To unwind the body, we will linger in yin and restorative poses while flowing through gentle movement sequences in between to release and let go. Riding the wave of breath, the nervous system will unwind and you'll leave feeling spacious in body and mind. This mindful class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered.

    Happy Hour Flow

    Kickstart your weekend with a welcoming, all-levels class, focusing on breath and movement! This class sets the perfect tone for your well-deserved break.

    Yoga Skills

    In this class breath, muscular engagement, alignment, Vinyasa and intention all come together to cultivate our internal energy sources (chakras). Through a creative flow, as well as through breath and body drills, we will build a foundation of flexibility and strength to safely and effectively approach more advanced asanas (poses) such as arm balances, deeper backbends, inversions and standing balancing poses.

    Yoga Nidra

    Yoga Nidra is a deep restorative, meditative, rest and relaxation practice. Your Yoga Nidra practice will support you to feel well-rested even if you are not getting consistent or deep sleep. It will guide you into a deeply relaxed physical state while grounding you back into your body and may improve sleep by reducing stress and pain.

    Pre and Postnatal

    Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are offered at Metta Mama, our space dedicated to new and expecting moms to gather and build a community rooted in yoga and mindfulness practices.

  • Fitness Classes

    Mysore ashtanga

    Ashtanga is the root practice of Vinyasa yoga. A set sequence of poses are connected with a specific breathing technique to create a dynamic, fluid, and challenging practice. Mysore Style Ashtanga is individually instructed in a group setting. You may arrive and depart on your own schedule within the 90 minute scheduled time.

    Oncology Yoga

    Oncology Yoga offers gentle, evidence-informed movement, breathwork, and meditation for individuals both during active cancer treatment and throughout survivorship. Rooted in the Yoga4Cancer methodology, classes focus on nervous system regulation, maintaining strength and mobility, supporting immune and lymphatic health, and easing common treatment-related side effects.
