Gentle Prenatal Yoga with Coco McKenzi - Wednesdays 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
In this evening, slower prenatal yoga class, you will create space mentally, physically and spiritually, and feel supported in community with other expecting mamas. You will take time to breathe, open your body for hip and low back tension relief, nourish your nervous system, and embrace your changing body. Our goal is that every expecting mama will leave class with a deeper understanding of her pregnancy and upcoming labor and birth. Each class will include breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and gentle yoga sequences. Modifications will be offered and props will be utilized to accommodate all stages of the prenatal journey.
