Pregnancy and birth change everything — your body, your sleep, your schedule, and the way you care for yourself. This new postnatal class is a space just for you to reconnect, rebuild, and reset.
Each week, Eizabeth will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support your recovery and help you feel grounded in your body again. Expect poses that gently strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and practices that meet you where you are.
