Join Cristina Penna at Metta San Rafael for a special workshop, to create your own Mala!
Join Cristina Penna, holistic guide and author of The Path of the Mala, for a hands-on afternoon dedicated to one of the oldest tools for presence: the mala.
We'll begin with a short introduction to the history and meaning of the mala — where it comes from, how it has been used across traditions, and how it can become a simple, tangible anchor in everyday life: one bead to return to the body, one bead to remember what matters, one bead to choose instead of react.
From there, you'll move into the hands-on part of the afternoon: choosing your stones between 40+ natural gemstones, with intention and creating your own mala, guided step by step by Cristina.
No experience is needed — just the willingness to slow down for a couple of hours and make something meaningful with your own hands.
You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind mala, made by you, for you.
Cost: $90 (10% off for Metta Yoga members applies automatically at checkout)
