We’re partnering with the Gerstle Park Neighborhood Association for a FREE Summer Yoga class in the park, on Sunday, June 20th 10am and we’re thrilled to have Hy Long leading it!
This all-levels outdoor flow is open to everyone, no experience needed. Come stretch under the trees, soak in the sunshine, and help revitalize one of San Rafael’s most beloved parks.
Hy Long was born and raised in San Rafael, and is a proud graduate of Davidson Middle School and San Rafael High. He brings a grounded, welcoming energy to every class, making this a perfect way to move and connect with your local community.
Donations to the GPNA are welcome and will go directly toward their current park improvement efforts.
