From Burnout to Radiance: Returning to Your Natural Rhythm with Alison Berman

  • Metta Yoga San Rafael 851 4th Street San Rafael, CA 94901 USA (map)

Join Alison Berman for a Kundalini Workshop at San Rafael: From Burnout to Radiance - A Nervous System Reset for Resilience, Energy & Inner Vitality!

The pace of modern life often outpaces our biology, pulling us away from our natural rhythms. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner landscape, and remember the steady source of vitality that lives within you.

Through a blend of somatic-informed practices, Kundalini yoga, and meditation, you'll explore how to gently shift out of survival mode and create the internal conditions where energy, creativity, clarity, and joy can naturally emerge.

Together, you'll learn why the nervous system plays such a central role in resilience and wellbeing, while experiencing simple yet powerful practices that help the body remember safety, restore balance, and return to its innate capacity for renewal.

Whether you're navigating burnout, moving through a season of transition, or simply longing to feel more grounded, alive, and connected, this experience offers a nourishing space to reset, replenish, and reconnect with your own inner radiance. This workshop is trauma-sensitive and open to students of all levels and abilities.

What You’ll Explore

  • Guided Centering to Open: Arrive in the body, quiet the noise of the outside world, and begin reconnecting with your own internal rhythm.

  • The Nervous System & Inner Vitality: Learn how the autonomic nervous system influences our capacity for creativity, connection, resilience, and joy.

  • Embodied Practices for Resilience: Experience a thoughtful sequence of Kundalini-inspired movement, breathwork, and meditation to release accumulated stress, restore energy, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner steadiness.

  • Tools You Can Take Home: Discover simple yet powerful practices you can weave into daily life to navigate stress, recover more quickly, and nurture resilience over time.

  • Reflection & Integration: Through guided inquiry and journaling, you'll have space to reconnect with what matters and identify meaningful practices to carry forward.

  • Restorative Closing Meditation: you'll close with a nourishing meditation to anchor the experience, integrate the restoration, and set intention before gently re-entering the world.
