Set to upbeat music, this class is designed for all levels and focuses on functional movements that target the key muscles supporting your core, posture, and pelvic health.
Parents are welcome to bring babies in carriers—this is a family-friendly class where you can strengthen your body and bond with your little one at the same time.
Through a mix of bodyweight movements and the added resistance of bands, you'll engage and strengthen muscles from head to toe while boosting flexibility and mobility. The resistance bands offer extra challenge, intensifying your movements and helping you activate deeper muscle groups, while bodyweight exercises keep things accessible and effective.
