Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced 75-minute Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement)! Modifications will be offered to support beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Jordan has has been teaching for 12 years, exploring physical alignment as well as subtle body awareness. Her belief is that individual healing is the vehicle for economical, environmental and social transformation. Through her work, she is committed to moving current and currency in the direction of peace.
