Selfishly Healthy Mama with Health Coach Katie Arnemann and Ashley Stachon

  • Metta Mama San Rafael 835 4th Street, Suite C San Rafael, CA 94901 (map)

What does healthy mean to you? Something probably very different than before you became a mom. In this workshop, we will focus on ways that you can be a bit more "Selfishly Healthy" to make progress toward your health and wellness goals. How can you prioritize you? Committing to small changes can yield big results over time. We will learn:

  • How to get stronger in 5-10 minutes. And how to shift your mindset so you feel like 10 minutes of a workout (which is all you can sometimes realistically fit in) is enough. You will walk away with 3 short workouts that you can practice anytime anywhere to boost your energy quickly.

  • How to set your day up for greater success with respect to nutrition, mind-set, stress relief, energy, sleep, and all of the juggling in between.

  • Get coached live and also leave with healthy hacks to boost and sustain these areas of your life.

This workshop is facilitated by Katie Arnemann and will have a movement component offered by Ashley Stachon.

About the instructors:

Katie Arnemann is a National Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with additional training in hormonal health, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.  She lives with her husband and seven year old daughter in Marin County, California (just North of San Francisco). Katie became a Health Coach after she navigated through infertility (and the physical and emotional roller coaster ride that went along with it). Her journey through infertility, the amazing naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors and other holistic healers she met on her journey, as well as everything she learned along the way, motivated her to quit her fast-paced corporate retail career in 2022 (after 24 years!) to focus on her health and family. And to also help women and men improve their own health and wellness as a certified health coach.
