Indulge in the senses as we sip a warm, heart-opening cup of ceremonial grade cacao, move our bodies, share wisdom, and conclude with a rich, live sound healing journey. This event is open to everyone and the perfect opportunity to bring balance to the Inner and Outer, Yin and Yang, Light and Dark, Masculine and Feminine, and all the dualities we can think of.
The Equinox and Solstices are auspicious days to celebrate the seasons and learn from nature and one another. Summer Solstice traditionally has been a celebratory moment and a time of expansion.
This event will include drinking ceremonial grade cacao, gentle restorative yoga poses with Reiki, and conclude with a healing, live sound medicine journey.
Drinking Cacao has also been used all over the world and is revered for its feel-good properties, self-reflective and heart-opening subtitles, and medicinal uses including; mood boosters and neural pathways regeneration.
Restorative Yoga relaxes the nervous system, offers passive stretching, and helps to calm the mind.
Sound Medicine journeys can help to let go of worry, clear the emotional body, feel like a massage from the inside out, and align and balance the chakra system.

About the instructor:
Shalom has 12 years of experience in Energy Healing, Yoga & Meditation Instruction, and Group Sound Baths. For the last 5 years, he has also been teaching Crystal Bowl Immersion Trainings and Energy Healing to practitioners of all levels. Most recently, Shalom graduated from The Academy of Intuition Medicine in Sausalito, California, with a Master's Certification in Intuition Medicine® which is a form of Energy Healing deeply rooted in Eastern Philosophy, Intuition, and Science.
