Join us for an unforgettable morning of music, movement, and mindfulness at the Soulshine Yoga Jam - and then stay for the Michael Franti & Spearhead concert immediately after!
Flow through a soulful yoga class led by the amazing Carla Herzenberg, set to Michael Franti performing acoustically on stage! Then, the flow closes with a special Sound & Soul Meditation guided by Cappy Franti — a powerful way to ground, and open your heart.
This heart-opening event is more than just yoga, it’s a celebration of community, compassion, and connection.
After class, stay to enjoy the Michael Franti & Spearhead concert that follows the yoga jam, included with your ticket!

Participants may enter the Grove at 21st and Wawona Avenues by showing their Yoga Jam ticket. Please note that the route to the East Meadow is a long and windy downhill walk; ADA shuttles begin later in the day.
