Join Metta Yoga for another Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day Silent Disco Yoga event to remember!
This will be a silent disco yoga experience unlike any other, taught by Carla Herzenberg! We will move and flow together to soulful, deep groove and lo-fi beats with Carla queuing the sequence in your ears.
Using wireless headphones, you’ll hear her voice and flow to deep groove beats, creating an immersive experience. With our mats on the earth, sun on our backs, breeze in the trees, and the light of the longest day of the year all around us, we’ll drop into a deeply connected flow.
After the flow, we will celebrate the energy of the season together, toast, mingle and connect at the park!
