Join Samantha Gilbert once month at Cloudbreak Yoga for the Goddess Yoga class - included with your membership and class packs!
If you’re a woman and you enjoy feeling radiant, this class is for you. With inspirations from belly dance, vinyasa yoga, rituals, twerk and pole, this 75-minute practice is a homecoming for women of all ages.
Goddess Yoga emphasizes the opening of our hips, heart, and throat, supporting us to release stagnancy & activate our sensual life force energy. Expect low lights, loud music, and an expertly guided flow to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect circular movements, free dance and Kundalini-inspired Breathwork.
This is a liberation practice, from the inside out, and a permission slip to be your full self. The practice is welcome to all levels, and no prior experience is necessary.

Meet Uli
Samantha is an electric force in the Wellness World. As a 500hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher who has traveled the Globe and worked as a commercial salmon fisherman for half a decade, Samantha brings a unique sense of depth, grit & playfulness into her Spiritual practices. She is a dedicated, talented, and fiercely passionate teacher, who shows genuine interest in her students well being and transformation. Her classes are smart, fun, juicy, and Samantha brings a fresh energy that’s entirely her own.
Samantha's love for yoga is paired with an affinity for space holding, storytelling, and empowering those around her. Come as you are and leave relieved and inspired. Bay Area born and raised, Samantha now returns to California and is exuberant about joining the Metta Team.
