Yoga will help you with flexibility, mobility, and recovery, as well has help you build stamina and strength to support your paddling. This will be a steady-paced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement) that dances between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses. Modifications will be offered to support brand new beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
