This weekend immersion may be taken as part of the full 300-hour training or as a stand-alone module for those who want to deepen their learning in a specific area of practice.
About This Module
In this module, youβll explore the key differences between Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, and how each practice uniquely supports the body, mind, and nervous system.
Through props, intentional stillness, breath awareness, and supported shapes, youβll learn how deep rest and nervous system regulation can become powerful tools for balance, restoration, and embodied presence.

This module can be taken individually or as part of Dana Damaraβs full 300-Hour Embodied Yoga Method. Students have up to two years to complete all 8 modules.
