  • Cloudbreak Yoga 1621 Bridgeway Sausalito, CA, 94965 United States (map)

Join Michele at Cloudbreak for Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living - A Friday Night Philosophy Series at Cloudbreak Sausalito!

From insight to action to surrender, this 3-part yoga philosophy series with Michele Klink invites you to live the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita through reflection, community service, and embodied devotion. Culminating on the Spring Equinox, we release what no longer serves and renew our commitment to purposeful, heart-centered living.

- Friday March 6: Dharma: Discovering Purpose
Exploring life purpose, values, meaningful choice, sacred duty and inner alignment through “Gita” study, journaling, reflection, yoga practice and shared experience.

- March 13: Karma Yoga: The Path of Selfless Action
Learning to act without expectation and release attachments to outcomes. Our time will include Gita study and yoga practice. Best of all, we will co-create a Karma Yoga community service project together to deliver an outreach plan rooted in care and connection.

- March 20 Spring Equinox: Therapy Ball Rolldown and Bhakti Yoga
Balancing body, mind, heart, and spirit, we lovingly offer the fruits of our actions to a higher good. To invoke the renewal of Spring, we soften and awaken the body through therapy ball myofascial release and a full-body roll down, then dissolve into devotional chanting and meditation, allowing breath, sound, and stillness to guide us back to our true nature.

Did you know?
The Bhagavad Gita is a well-known ancient spiritual text originating from India that explores how to live with clarity and purpose, especially during times of stress, change, or uncertainty. At its heart, it’s a simple, human conversation about making choices, staying grounded, and finding inner steadiness in the middle of real life.

Save your spot!
Each week builds on the last, creating a clear progression as we move into Spring, supporting awareness, strength, release, and integration. While the full series offers a more complete experience, you’re welcome to drop in to each session.

No prior experience with yoga, philosophy, or the Bhagavad Gita is required. Come as you are, curious, thoughtful, or simply open.
