Join Coco McKenzi at Metta Corte Madera for a Prenatal Aerial Yoga Class!
This is the class you text your pregnant mama friends about! With only 9 spots available, grab your pregnant girlfriend and sign up for our Prenatal Aerial pop-up class.
In this class, we will weave the grace of prenatal yoga with the practical wisdom of upright labor positions. Every pose serves a dual purpose: releasing tension in your changing body while equipping you with postures that may support you through labor and delivery.
You’ll experience:
Asymmetrical movement—switching sides, creating space, and how to help your baby rotate
How forward-leaning positions can ease back pressure and tension (woop woop – now we’re talkin’)
What weightlessness feels like, even at 35 weeks (helloooo)
All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience needed.
Just bring yourself, a pregnant mama friend (before spots sell out), water bottle, and an open heart.
Cost: $40 per person. (10% off for Metta Yoga members applies automatically at checkout)
