We’ll gather on the grass for a vibrant 60-minute vinyasa flow led by Carla, moving through strong, uplifting sequences inspired by Spring energy!
This will be a SILENT DISCO experience, with everyone flowing together through wireless headphones so you can fully immerse yourself in the music, Carla’s guidance, and the beauty of the park around you.
Following the practice, we’ll celebrate with the release and tasting of a very special wine from RAEN Winery: the 2025 Monarch Challenge Rosé.
This beautiful rosé is crafted from organically farmed old-vine Grenache from the North Coast and produced with regenerative farming practices that support healthier vineyards and ecosystems - read more below.
The RAEN team will share all about the wine, and pour tastings in the park. Bottles will also be available for purchase so you can bring this special rosé home!
