Bring the whole family to our Family Yoga class in partnership with It's Yoga Kids®, where fun meets mindfulness!
Led by Michelle Wing from IYK®, this class is designed for parents and kids to practice yoga together, creating lasting memories while fostering connection, flexibility, and strength. This class offers poses and activities for all ages, with plenty of opportunities for laughter and bonding.
Each session will also support a great cause, making your practice even more meaningful. Come stretch, play, and give back as a family!

Cost: $50 per family or $120 for a 3 pack of classes to be used throughout the year. (10% off for Metta Yoga members applies automatically at checkout)
