This is more than stretching, it’s about finding freedom through control, creating space in the joints, and learning to move with strength, ease, and awareness. Through gentle, mindful flow and mobility-based drills, we’ll release stiffness, undo the effects of travel and holiday busyness, and nurture strength through control and awareness.
