We are so excited to be expanding our Mom & Tots Yoga offerings. In addition to our Tuesday 9:15 AM Mom & Tots class with Ashley Stachon, we have added a Thursday 9:15 AM weekly class as well as a Saturday Mom & Tots at 10:30 AM both taught by Coco McKenzi.
Classes start Thursday, January 8th and Saturday, Janauary 17th (please note that the Saturday Mom & Tot class will not be held on the following days due to a training in the space - February 7, March 7, April 11, May 3, June 6)
Your little one has reached the milestone of mobility, how exciting! It is a whole new chapter of motherhood, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
This class is designed specifically for moms with crawling babies up to 5 years old. It’s a safe, welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and connect while your little one explores. Please bring a yoga mat and anything your child may need. No yoga experience is necessary.
As moms, we often set the goal of doing yoga or movement at home, but the reality is that it rarely happens consistently. Being in the studio offers a different kind of support. A chance to step away from the daily whirlwind, to be guided instead of leading, and to show up for yourself with the encouragement of community.
Postnatal yoga is more than exercise, it is an opportunity to rebuild strength in your core and pelvic floor, release tension from carrying and chasing little ones, and reconnect with your breath and body. Just as important, it’s dedicated self care time: a moment to fill your own cup, so you can have more energy, patience, and ease.
And you won’t be doing it alone. This class is also about connection with other moms who are in the same season, facing the same joys and challenges. You will leave not only feeling stronger and more grounded in your body, but also supported by a growing mama community.
