Next Level Alignment & Energy Flow - Aerial Yoga Immersion Series with Jen Healy

This Season’s Focus: Alignment, Balance, Symmetry & Life Force Energy.

This season, join Jen Healy to deepen your exploration of alignment, balance, symmetry, and Life Force Energy through Aerial Yoga AYRx suspension, Suspended Somatics, breath, movement, and multidimensional awareness.

Discover how the relationship between our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic systems shapes our vitality and capacity.

Through supported movement and guided practices, we’ll explore returning to center, creating greater balance throughout the body, and reconnecting to the life force that supports embodied vitality, optimal performance, and radiant health.

What To Expect:

Through a blend of therapeutic AYRx suspension movements, somatic education, and guided exploration, each session combines science and embodied practice.

  • Explore fascia and connective tissue, supporting mobility, hydration, and adaptability.

  • Experience supported movements with the AYRx Yoga Swing to decompress the spine, mobilize joints, and release tension.

  • Explore fluid, spiral movements to unwind habitual holding patterns and encourage natural movement.

  • Focus on the shoulders, hips, spine, and lymphatic pathways to support circulation and balance.

  • Develop greater alignment, symmetry, and body awareness through breath and mindful movement.

  • Enjoy a restorative cocoon meditation, followed by reflection and Q&A.

Who It’s For:

All levels are welcome — yogis, bodyworkers, therapists, movement educators, and curious explorers alike. No prior suspension or somatic experience is required. Just bring your willingness to play, sense, and experience your body in a new way.

This series also welcomes anyone seeking greater connection with their body, renewed vitality, relief from everyday tension and stress, and practical ways to bring more balance and embodied awareness into daily life.

What You’ll Gain:

• Improved connectivity, elasticity, and responsiveness in the fascia and connective networks
• Greater ability to relieve chronic tension, stiffness, or pain
• Injury prevention insights through balanced strength, adaptability, and play
• Tools for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence
• A deepened connection between somatic awareness, energy flow, and movement
• Greater awareness of alignment, symmetry, and the adjustments that support balance
• Practices for reconnecting to your Life Force Energy and cultivating vitality across your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic systems
• Simple integration tools to carry the experience into everyday life

Jen Healy is the visionary creator of Suspended Somatics Therapy, a leading-edge modality that bridges somatic inquiry, fascial science, quantum physics, and aerial suspension to awaken the body’s innate intelligence. As the founder of Aerial Yoga Play, Aerial Yoga Rx (AYRx), and Zen Healyng, she integrates her deep study of energy, biomechanics, and embodied movement into transformational experiences that help participants safely open, align, and restore optimal health to mind, body, and spirit.

Her teaching honors the interplay between structure and flow, form and space, guiding others to dissolve tension, revive fluid dynamics, and cultivate presence through somatic listening. Jen Healy plays with the body as a multidimensional, adaptive system — capable of regeneration and resonance when given the space to move, breathe, and realign.
