This vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow syncs breath with movement as you transition between smoothly flowing poses and longer holds to build stamina and strength. Each teacher adds their unique style and offerings, which may include meditation, Pranayama, chanting, Mantra, or Kriyas. Modifications will be offered!
Sarah's classes incorporate her appreciation for the spiritual aspects of yoga in a vinyasa-style flow. By providing attention to the fine details of asanas, Sarah helps students explore and achieve the benefits of a physical yoga practice. She includes intentional sequencing and original eclectic playlists in her classes for students to move their body with their breath and discover ease in their being.
