In this high-energy class you'll get an intense workout from a mix of yoga, Pilates, light weights, and HIIT exercises. Leave class sweaty, stronger, and full of energy.
Kirsten Olshan has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and Pilates instructor. She trained in the Romana Kryzanowska lineage in New York City and with other influential teachers. She began Pilates while performing nationally and in Washington, D.C., where she also discovered yoga. A Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Yoga Alliance instructor, she holds a master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a focus on Sport Psychology and has continued studying positive psychology and human performance through the DoD and University of Pennsylvania. Kirsten has taught across D.C., New York, Carmel, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area, and now teaches at The Studio Pilates Marin and collaborates with ODC Dance. Her work spans from working with athletes, artists, clinicians, military communities, and also serves as a Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Coach for Stanford University.
