We are thrilled to bring back our KIDS Yoga Teacher Training at Metta, in collaboration with It's Yoga Kids ®.

Designed to nurture mindfulness and well-being from a young age, this specialized program will equip you with the skills to guide children on their yoga journey.

IYK® - Warrior 1 Essentials In Studio Certification

Yoga Alliance accredited, IYK® Warrior 1 Essentials is everything you need to teach yoga to children ages 3-13 safely and successfully in one weekend. This course is designed for parents, educators, pediatric professionals and coaches working with youth!In This Training, You will learn:

• The IYK® system to reduce everyday stress 

• Evidence-based science, philosophy and practicality for physical fitness and mental health
