This Fall 2026, bring your teen for a fun and empowering 10-week series with Tiana Baumsteiger in Corte Madera!
This 10-week series will happen on Tuesdays 3:50-4:40pm in Corte Madera: August 25 – October 27.
Could your teen or pre-teen (geared for ages 10-14) benefit from exercise, flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness? Students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.
Tiana is the Founder of LOVE IS RAD, an organization that empowers tween and teen girls and boys to love themselves fiercely so they can spread that love to the rest of the world. Read more about her below!
Students may register for either the Corte Madera or San Rafael series—please choose the location that works best for your family’s schedule.
Cost: $275 for all 10 classes. (10% off for Metta Yoga members applies automatically at checkout).
Perk: Up to one missed kids yoga session may be issued as a class credit for a regular adult yoga class for the teen, parent or caregiver!

Tiana is the Founder of LOVE IS RAD, an organization that empowers tween and teen girls and boys to love themselves fiercely so they can spread that love to the rest of the world. Tiana's passion for teaching and empowering others shines through in every aspect of her being. She loves to help young people, and by being their teacher, friend, confidant, motivator, and biggest fan, she gets to do what she was born to do! Tiana has been teaching yoga & meditation for over ten years, is a Certified Youth Life Coach, a Reiki Master Practitioner and Flexologist. Her passion is to empower and help from a place of love!
