Fall Renewal Weekend Yoga Retreat at Mandala Springs

Led by Metta Yoga Co-Owner Temple Schauble | September 26-18, 2025

Join Temple for a heartening weekend of yoga, meditation, rest, and rejuvenation as you prepare to move into the busy Fall season!

Mandala Springs Wellness Retreat Center offers an immersive sanctuary in the heart of Lake County, California, where nature, wellness, and community beautifully converge.

From yurt sites that invite you to reconnect with nature, to tranquil lodges, cozy cottages, and rustic cabins that promote relaxation, each space at Mandala Springs is thoughtfully crafted to provide a comfortable, peaceful environment to rejuvenate and unwind.

Guests will enjoy a range of wellness offerings, including four yoga practices, optional spa services, scenic hiking trails, and guided walking meditation, and paddleboat rides on the pond. You are welcome to come with a friend or come on your own to make new friends!

We will enjoy delicious farm-to-table vegetarian meals starting with dinner after our arrival on Friday afternoon. We will wake up to morning coffee and tea, fruit, and light bites before the first yoga practice of the day and then luxuriate to a hot breakfast. You will have free time to enjoy a massage, lay by the pool, journal, hike or explore nature around lunch and we will reconvene for an afternoon practice together.

The yoga classes will be more vigorous in the morning and more nourishing and restorative in the late afternoon and there will be optional meditation offerings.

You will leave feeling uplifted, refreshed, and more at ease in mind, body, and soul!

About the Instructor

As a 20-year yoga practitioner and teacher for ten years, Temple’s mission is to offer a yoga and breath practice that will help her students reduce levels of stress, cultivate inner peace and create space for more joy in their lives. Her teaching is based on a blend of styles, including an alignment-based methodology and the mind-body-breath integration of Kripalu Yoga Center, where she did her teacher training.

Temple joined Metta Yoga  as a Co-owner in 2020. In addition to teaching, she has enjoyed having the opportunity to work with community members, teachers and students at all three studios. She has experienced first-hand the importance of practicing yoga for well-being and this inspires her to share the benefits of this practice with her students.

Her classes move between smoothly flowing poses to build stamina and strength and end with more restorative poses to open and rebalance the body.
