New motherhood can be a beautiful journey. It can also be isolating, exhausting, complicated, intense and emotional. We invite you to join a group of new mothers who connect with their own bodies, babies, and experiences through weekly livestream and in-person yoga, who join in regular, candid discussions about motherhood, and who support one another as they commit to their own wellness and growth.​
