Utilizing skeletal models, graphics, and visualization techniques, we prime ourselves to embody our anatomy, facilitating a graceful repatterning of base movements present in our daily lives.

Low hanging aerial equipment will be offered to more easily access the spirals necessary to unwind old patterns and stabilize new ones. Regardless of your current posture, challenged or highly aware, you will leave standing taller with a more enlivened relationship to your posture, and how the benefits of alignment are key to finding peace and ease in all aspects of Self - body, mind, and emotion.
