Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awakening, connecting you with your inner current of radiance, magnetism, and fulfillment. This energizing yet grounding candlelit Kundalini Yoga class offers a midweek sanctuary that weaves dynamic kriyas, pranayama, and mantra-based chanting into an inspiring reset for body and mind. Expect rhythmic, creative sequences that clear mental fog, build physical vitality, and cultivate an easeful confidence that carries you through the rest of your week.

Alison E. Berman is a 220-hour RYT Self-Mastery Kundalini Yoga teacher and Co-Active Institute-trained professional coach. She offers a modern, trauma-sensitive approach to Kundalini Yoga that is inspiring, research-backed, and accessible. Alison's classes weave movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation into an energizing and grounding practice that empowers students to cultivate radiance, authenticity, and creativity from the inside out.


This class is accessible to all levels and taught with a trauma-sensitive approach.

Fiery Flow (heated °86) with Carla Herzenberg

We’re happy to share that starting March 18th, you can join Carla Herzenberg on Wednesdays at 10:45am for a 60-minute heated Fiery Flow in Corte Madera!

This dynamic, breath-driven flow invokes Agni, or fire, and a healthy sweat. Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement). Each teacher flavors class with his or her unique style and offerings, which may include meditation, Pranayama, chanting, Mantra or Kriyas. Modifications will be offered to support beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

The room is heated to 86 degrees. We recommend bringing a towel to this class.

Carla brings a sense of empowerment and fun, both physical and energetic, to every class. Through intention, humor, asana and pranayama, her goal is to have every student leave class feeling longer, leaner, refreshed and renewed, physically and energetically.

Her style of teaching focuses on precise instruction that underscores the important relationship between alignment, breath, fluid movement and strength building. She puts an emphasis on thoughtful sequencing and pace, giving students a vigorous, strong physical practice and a deeper internal connection.

Carla's classes are physically and mentally challenging, however she always works to meet you where you are each day!

Mat Strength with Danelle Weller

Starting March 18th, Danelle’s Mat Strength Class moves to 1:30pm at Metta Corte Madera!

Blending Pilates principles with functional strength training, you will develop muscular endurance, core control, and joint stability through thoughtful progressions and intentional movement. You will do ground-based, weighted exercises to build foundational strength and stability.

The emphasis is on proper form and body awareness with the goal of strengthening stabilizing muscles and building confidence in your body’s capabilities. Led by a certified personal trainer and physical therapy technician, this practice complements both yoga and weight training by creating a strong, stable foundation for all movement.

Danelle is a personal trainer and pilates instructor! As a trauma informed movement coach, Danelle focuses her classes on resetting the nervous system, rebuilding the body’s awareness of movement patterns, and healing beyond superficial aches and pains of the body.

Vinyasa Basics with Becky Hand

Starting April 11th, join Rebecca for Vinyasa Basics on Saturdays from 3–4pm at Cloudbreak!

Move at a slow, steady pace as you build a strong foundation in the key asanas (poses) that support most Vinyasa yoga classes. This class focuses on proper alignment, breath, and body awareness, helping you feel more confident and supported in your practice.

You’ll be guided through foundational movements with clear instruction and accessible modifications, making it a great entry point if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine your understanding of the basics.

Rebecca first found yoga over 20 years ago while working in the tech world, drawn to the sense of calm and space it created. Now a 200-hour RYA certified teacher, she offers fun, alignment-focused classes that are approachable and supportive for all levels.
