Move at a slow, steady pace as you build a strong foundation in the key asanas (poses) that support most Vinyasa yoga classes. This class focuses on proper alignment, breath, and body awareness, helping you feel more confident and supported in your practice.
You’ll be guided through foundational movements with clear instruction and accessible modifications, making it a great entry point if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine your understanding of the basics.
Rebecca first found yoga over 20 years ago while working in the tech world, drawn to the sense of calm and space it created. Now a 200-hour RYA certified teacher, she offers fun, alignment-focused classes that are approachable and supportive for all levels.
