New to yoga or craving a reset with the basics? Join Michele Klink for a focused 3-week series that builds your practice from the ground up.
This series slows things down and breaks things down. You will learn how to breathe in yoga, how to align in common poses, and how to move with more clarity and stability. The goal is to help you understand what you are doing in class and feel more confident stepping into any flow.
This workshop is perfect if you are new and want a strong start. It is also a great reset for experienced students who want to refine alignment and return to the basics of a thoughtful vinyasa practice.
Week 1 - March 19th: Foundations & Breath Awareness
Learn the basics of yogic breathing and explore foundational alignment in common poses. We will focus on movements that help you feel steady and supported.
Week 2 - March 26th: Flow & Coordination
Learn the structure of Sun Salutations and how to transition in and out of poses with more ease. Begin linking breath and movement in a way that feels natural and manageable.
Week 3 - April 2nd: Refinement & Confidence
Put it all together in a guided practice. Learn practical modifications for your body and how to prevent common strain, so you can practice safely and with more awareness.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, and build a foundation you can carry into every class.
Happening March 19, 26, and April 2, Thursdays at 6:45pm in San Rafael.
You are welcome to drop in for any individual week, but attending all three sessions is encouraged to experience the full progression and build steady confidence in your practice.
