Grief touches every part of us—body, mind, and spirit. In this session, we’ll soften into presence through breath, gentle reflection, and a healing sound bath guided by Luiza Leite Mindfulness & Handpan. The resonant tones of the handpan invite calm, clarity, and release, helping us tend to the tender places within.

Together, we’ll create space for grief to move and transform—honoring it not as something to fix, but as a natural expression of love. We will practice yoga asana, pranayama and use our collective voice to soothe our nervous systems. Bring a journal or notebook, and sacred item to share your story and voice in a supportive small group.
