As we get more mindful with age, slowing our yoga practice becomes a joy — giving us space to truly savor the moment, the movement, and the breath. This series is about building balance and strength while leaving fears in the rearview mirror.
Join us and meet other wise souls, laugh about the pitfalls of life as we share our triumphant warrior stories that only come with age and experience!
Designed for students 50+, these four weeks will include breathwork, strength-building, balance and alignment work, and deep relaxation to restore the spirit.
Classes will be held September 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 1:15–2:15pm at Metta San Rafael. You’re welcome to join for just one class or enjoy the whole series.
